Évaluation de la cancérogénicité par des organismes officiels

Le Centre international de recherche sur le cancer (CIRC, 2012) considère que le butadiène-1,3 est cancérogène pour l'homme (groupe 1).

L'ACGIH (2001) considère que le butadiène-1,3 est un cancérogène suspecté chez l'humain (groupe A2).

Le NTP (2011) considère le butadiène-1,3 comme étant un cancérogène reconnu chez l'humain (K).
