    • l'encre des stylos et des marqueurs à pointe en fibre ou en feutre
    • le filage de copolymères d'acrylonitrile
  • intermédiaire pour la fabrication de l'acide formique, du cyanure d'hydrogène, de produits pharmaceutiques et de produits fongicides
  • adoucissant pour la fabrication de pâtes et papier
  • monomère dans la fabrication de polymères tels que les revêtements résistants à la chaleur.
