Développement prénatal

Étude chez l'animal
Nelson et al. (1990) ont exposé des rats (0 et 3 900 ppm; pendant 7 h/j; jours 1 à 19 de la gestation). Les auteurs ont observé de la toxicité maternelle (diminution significative de la consommation d'aliments et du gain de poids). Aucun effet sur le développement n'a été rapporté. Une seule dose a été utilisée.
