CSST Communications in French Only

As a government agency, the CSST is required to comply with the rules of the Office québécois de la langue française. Under those rules, all communications with employers, suppliers and partners must be in French only, unless the head office of those parties is located outside Québec.

That's why the CSST communicates with employers, suppliers and partners solely in French. As of April 26, 2010, employers will also have access to a new, French-only menu as part of the CSST's interactive voice response telephone service.
